Meet James Hare
Hi, I’m James Hare, founder of Ely Puppy and Dog Training.
I’m an IMDT qualified dog trainer, DTC Qualified trainer and Approved KAD Instructor with nearly nine years of experience working with dogs.
I support puppies, adolescent dogs, adult dogs and owners with a wide range of training and behaviour needs, including assistance dog work.
I became a dog trainer because I believe every dog deserves to feel understood, supported and safe in the world around them. My aim is to help dogs feel better about the world they live in through kindness, compassion and positive reinforcement.
Whether you need help with puppy foundations, teenage dog challenges, confidence building, lead walking, recall, reactivity or everyday behaviour, I’ll work with you to create kind, practical support that suits your dog and your life.
